Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when you can get a refund for purchases from NKS Fit (AEY s.r.o.). Payments for the Rebuilt program are processed by Gumroad and payments for coaching by Stripe; any refund goes back to your original payment method.

1. Rebuilt program (digital download)

Rebuilt is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the download is available, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases in the EU.

For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds on the program. We will, however, give you a full refund or a replacement if:

• the file is faulty or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it, or
• you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

2. 1:1 online coaching (monthly subscription)

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• You keep access to coaching until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund partially used months.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we have not yet started working on your plan, you receive a full refund.
• If we end your subscription for reasons on our side, we refund the unused part of the current month.

3. How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email address you used to buy. You can also cancel your coaching subscription yourself anytime in the subscription portal: log in with the email you used to subscribe. We reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 working days.

4. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
